How We Verify That Aid Actually Arrives: A Look at Our Accountability Chain

Every humanitarian organization says your donation makes a difference. We would rather show you how we know it does.
Regulated from the first dollar
Donations to Motaz Foundation are processed in the United States by UNRWA USA, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. That means U.S. nonprofit regulation, annual independent audits, and public financial reporting apply to every gift from the moment it is made.
Tracked to the point of delivery
On the ground, working with partners including IBC, every distribution is logged: what was delivered, where, and to how many households. Food parcels are counted at packing and again at hand-off. Tuition payments go directly to schools and universities, never through intermediaries. Prosthetic fittings and evacuation cases are tracked individually by case number.
Reported back to you
Audited financials are published annually, and program updates — like the stories on this blog — report what your donations funded, with names changed to protect the privacy and safety of the families involved.
Transparency is not a section of our website. It is the operating system of the whole foundation. If you ever have a question about how funds are used, ask us — that is what accountability means.

Your donation today starts another family's story — a meal, a semester, a new limb, a safe journey.
